- VA North Texas Health Care System intends to award a contract to provide software/hardware maintenance support for the Assurance XiO Focus Treatment Planning System, which is located in the Radiation Oncology Department at 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared, in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, in conjunction with prosedures prescribed in FAR 13.106-1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued as an anticipated sole source. Request for Quote number 549-06-RFQ-41 is being issued and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. NAICS Code for this procurement is 811212 and SBA Size Standard is $6,000,000.00 All FAR provisions and clauses may be reviewed and obtained at http://www.arnet.gov/far.
