- THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation RFQ 548-06-543. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. The associated NAICS # 423460 with a size standard of 100 employees. The VA Medical Center located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida, has a requirement to purchase surgical supplies.
