Description

?Funds are not presently available? IAW FAR 52.232-18. This is a ?Sources Sought? request for school bus service for Hanscom AFB, MA to transport students on field trips for the remainder of 2006 through 2007 for a one (1) year. Period of Performance: 1 Oct 2006 -30 Sep 2007. The vendor needs to submit an hourly rate per bus, per driver and tolls will be added as necessary at time of trip. The estimated trips necessary (mostly around the Boston area) are as follows: 12 for the Youth Group, 12 for the School Age Group and 6 for the Child Development Group. Trips comprise around 3 hours each, none more than 5 hours. Payment shall be with Government Visa Credit Card. Please submit 3 references. Trips will be to area museums, zoos, etc. Company shall be contacted well in advance of the trip and a list will be sent when trips have been submitted by the group leader or teachers.
