Description: Pursuant to Public Law 108-183 Section 308 and Executive Order 13360 we intend to award a contract to NEK Advanced Securities Group, Inc. 10401 Montgomery Pkwy, NE Suite 200, Albuquerque, NM 87111, WI 54914, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small bu siness (SDVOSB). The contract is for the procurement of Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) Level II training. Under section 308 of PL 108-183, and award less than $ 3 million may be made to a SDVOSB on a sole source basis. This is not a request for proposals. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
