- We intend to award a contract to Ortivus, Inc., 2525 Daniel-Johnson Blvd., #300, Laval, Quebec H7T 1S9 Canada for the proprietary cad system maintenance agreement for the 911 computer-aided dispatch system. The list of software is as follows: 1. AVeL-Base Stand-alone AVL - 1st Seat, quantity 1 license; 2. AVeL RadioGATE - Master license for up to 50 vehicles, 1R/F I/F, quantity 2 licenses; 3. AVeL-CAD Public Safety CAD - 1st Seat, quantity 1 license; 4. AVeL-CAD Public Safety CAD - Addition al Seats, quantity 3 licenses; 5. AVeL-MobiCAD S/W license - per mobile, quantity 20 licenses; 6. AVeL-MobiCAD Supervisor S/W license - per mobile, quantity 1 license; and 7. AVeL-RadioGATE - Net Plus 16, quantity 1 license. The software will be provi ded in machine readable code. The software includes documentation in the form of user manuals, which contain a description and definition of all operating conditions of the software. The environment is MS Windows. Any response must be received by 21 Sep 06 at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
