- Description
- The NAVFAC Seabee Readiness (SR) program sponsors the force level information systems for the Naval Construction Forces (NCF) commonly referred to as the Naval Construction Force Management Information System (NCFMIS). The Navy Expeditionary Logistics Center (NFELC) is tasked to develop and maintain these systems. The NCFMIS does not readily support interfaces with the evolving systems used today by the Navy and DoD. A project was initiated to replace NCFMIS. The Navy requires technical support for the transition of SUPMIS functionality and business rules from the Legacy NCFMIS mainframe to the replacement system. The navy intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with WR Systems, Ltd. of Fairfax, Virginia to continue the transition. WR Systems? knowledge and access to Xventory re-engineered software for the replacement system is proprietary in nature and essential to the successful transition to the replacement system. The period of performance is for one year. Award will be made under simplified acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Parts 12 and 13.
