- Subject to final approval, The Department of the Treasury?s Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Denali Commission intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with GeoNorth 1000 O?Malley Road, Suite 200, Anchorage, Alaska for the acquisition of transitional consultation, programming, and maintenance of the Denali Commission?s on-line Project Database. GeoNorth, under contract with the Commission previously, designed and implemented the Project Database. The Denali Commission Project Database System is an integrated, online management, reporting, and tracking tool for Denali Commission projects. This contract will bridge a period of time wherein there is no contract support. This will permit the Denali Commission during this time to competitively compete required IT services for all IT Systems for the next five years. The Government intends to award a contract for a period up to nine months. No solicitation document is available. The Bureau of the Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 3 days after publication of this notice. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the requirement or functional equivalent, at terms more advantageous to the Government. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to negotiate a sole-source award to GeoNorth. Interested parties are requested to submit responses electronically to Gina Hanna at ntprocurement@bpd.treas.gov. E-mail responses requiring more than 5 megabytes of memory must be sent as separate files.
