Description

REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease 12,051 Rentable Square Feet, yielding 10,479 ANSI/BOMA Square Feet of office and related use space. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located in the city of Winter Haven, Florida within the following boundaries: North: SR 544 South: SR 540 East: US 27 West: 42nd Street REQUIRED: 53 parking spaces are required within a 2-block radius of the facility. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Street-level, contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Contiguous upper-floor space on one floor which meets GSA lease criteria and has handicapped accessible elevator service to the SSA office floor is an acceptable alternative. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, with 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the 5th year on 60 days notice. Proposed occupancy date is June 1, 2008.
