- THIRD MILESTONE UPDATE: The release date for the final solicitation for OMB Circular A-76, Air University Software Services, was scheduled to be released on 31 August 2006. Clearance to release the final solicitation has not been authorized. Rather than continuing to push the posting date, we will advertise the final solicitation AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
