Description

This amendment is issued to accomplish the following: Provide answers to the below Technical Questions and to extend the closing date from September 18, 2006 12PM MST to September 20, 2006 12PM MST. Technical Questions and Answers to Solicitation W9124-06-T-0085: Question #1: Is there a company that has provided this item in the past, and can I get their name or web address? Answer #1: It is up to the offerer to conduct their own market research. Therefore, no information will be provided. Question #2: Is a 2 part system (consisting of a munitions chamber unit with a separate conditioning system) preferred; or would you consider a single piece unit that has 15' of separation between the munitions and the conditioning system? Answer #2: Separate trailers are preferred for the conditioning unit and the chamber. This provides some versatility for us and keeps the trailers to a size that can be pulled with a pickup. Questions #3: How do you intend to tow this unit (what type and size of truck or vehicles) Answer #3: The unit will be towed by pickup. Question #4: Are design sketches or drawings available? Answer #4: No sketches or drawings are available. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-SEP-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
