Description
SCOPE OF WORK CARPET INSTALLATION The intent of this scope of work is to supply and install new carpet in the Main Bldg and CPP Bldg as per the following scope of work, specifications, instructions and regulations. A. DEMOLITION/REMOVAL 1. The contractor shall verify location and extent of demolition required to accomplish the work. 2. Construction debris must be removed from the site and construction area must be secured to the centers satisfaction at the end of each workday. 3. The contractor shall remove the existing floor covering. B. INSTALLION 1. The contractor shall supply and install new commercial grade nylon carpet, 28 ounces, level loop and solution dyed. Color to be decided later. 2. It is the responsibility of the contractor to prepare / repair the sub floor to accept the new carpet. 3. The new carpet shall be glued down to the existing floor surface. C. RULES 1. The contractor shall at all times abide by the centers rules and regulations. 2. The contractor must meet Davis Bacon Act Wage Requirements. D. WARRANTY 1. All materials, services and labor shall be warranted free for a period of one year. E.
