- The VA Medical Center in Cincinnati Ohio intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Medical Resources of Lewis Center, Ohio for the purchase of AEGIS Sensors for Temperature/ Humidity Frequency Hopping Transmitters. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 5047 and the size standard is 500 employees. Medical Resources is classified as a small women owned business concern in the United States. No solicitation document is available; however, any firm that believes it has a product that can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate compliance.
