- PR Number(s): FD20200764000 Item: 0001 Description: OO-ALC/518 CBSS requires one contractor to serve as a Deficiency Reporting Customer Liaison. Contract will be for one basic year with four option years. Contractor will be required to screen all F-16 Avionic LRU DRs, conduct historical research, recommend assignments and courses of action, and identify "bad actors." Contractor will interface between the F-16 Supply Chain Manager and users in the field and provide training where necessary. Duties also include performing ongoing analysis, generating monthly reports, and briefing them. Because of the technical nature of this position minimum qualifications include: Proficiency in Reliability and Maintainability Information Systems (REMIS), Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS), Defense Repair Information Logistics System (DRILS). Equivalent of 10 years of GS-1670/11 (Avionics Technician) experience in F-16 Avionics and experience dealing directly with F-16 customers including detailed knowledge of F-16 user organizational structure and process-improvement processes. Proposals will be evaluated primarily on past performance and technical understanding of the requirement. Management approach/capabilities and cost will also be considered.
