- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4830-06-Q-0164 and is issued as Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 correction, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20060814, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2006-0515. This solicitation is unrestricted. FOB POINT: Destination. Destination price must include shipping. EVALUATION: This acquisition is for an end of year purchase. Acquisition will be made UPON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING. PERIOD OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERORS: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm till 1 October 06.?
