Description

The proposed contract would be for an annual subscription forelectronic updates to the Argus Americas Crude Report, and Argus Americas Crude Report Daily Data Feed delivered either via ftp site or through the Argus Online website. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only BENTEK Energy LLC for the services described herein under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Conversely companies with the capacity to provide the services as described may submit technical capability statements for consideration. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to continue with this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note 25
