- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Contractor to repair Hammel-Dahl Valve (Quantity - 1 job). This requirement is sole sourced to Turbine Repair Services due to unique capability of this company understanding the magnitude of the problem and having the experience and resources to perform the repair and the repairing facility must be able to handle the valve weight of approximately 2,500 pounds in disassembly and reassembly. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
