The above reference combine Synopsis/Solicitation is hereby amended as follows: Incorporate FAR 52.222-41, Service Contract Act of 1965, as Amended (JUL 2005)(41 U.S.C. 351, et seq.). Incorporate Wage Determination No.: 1994-2505, Revision No.: 26, Date of Last Revision: 05/23/2006, Pages 1 of 9. All contractors shall review the above wage determination and submit revised quotations should this wage determination increase individual labor cost per individual classification per each class. The submission of quotes shall remain the same at stated in the previous combine solicitation that was issued on September 11, 2006. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-SEP-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
