Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to invite applications from qualified U.S.citizens to fill out the positions of Program Advisor and Senior Program Advisor in the USAID's Office of Transition Initiatives in Washington, D.C. Multiple positions will be hired. The grade levels for the Program Advisor and the Senior Program Advisor are GS-13 and GS-14 equivalent respectively. Performance period of the contracts will be for five years but not to exceed 130-220 days per year.
