Description

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered for this Request For Proposal. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available . This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved source is Agilent Technologies (1LQK8). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described section M of the solicitation. NSN 6625-01-486-3915, Item Description: Analyzer, Spectrum. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: Agilent Technologies (1LQK8) PN HPE4407B. Delivery Requirement is 60 days. Unit of Issue: Each. The FOB point is destination and the Inspection and Acceptance points are destination. This solicitation will cover quantities ranging from 1 each to 15 each. The solicitation will open on October 10, 2006 and close November 9, 2006. See Numbered notes 12 and 26
