Description: The VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida has a sole source requirement under GSA contract number GS-35F-0013L, UTECH Products, Inc. for a full service contract. The contractor is to provide maintenance and repair services to Endosoft Support. A new system is not being sought. The contractor shall provide hardware and software support for ten workstations. Including upgrades support, updates and technical support by telephone, instant dial in support and 24 hour on-site support. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year option renewals. Any interested party must provide a Statement of Capabilities to the Contracting Officer. The statements may be sent via mail or by e-mail to Pamela.Kelley@med.va.gov.
