Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement to Eliot Cohen, for development and presentation of courses specific to the Advanced Strategic Art Program (ASAP) specific to national security issues and their effect on joint theater op erations for the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle, PA.. Only one responsible source exists for this service that will satisfy agency requirements. This purchase will be completed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and other than full and open compet ition as authorized under FAR Part 13 and 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for offers. However, all proposals received within ten days after the date of this publication will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. If responses are received, a determination not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
