Description

This is a notice of intent to issue an award to Dylantic Inc., PO Box 4777, Virginia Beach, VA 23454 to provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies to enable the contractor to dispatch vehicles, issue driver licenses, and perform administrative fu nctions associated with the duties of the Transportation Motor Pool (TMP), Fort Bragg, NC for the period 30 September 2006 through the period 31 October 2006. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acqui sition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses are due no later than 25 September 2006, 2:00 PM EST.
