Description: We intend to issue a FFP contract to National Instruments Corporation on a sole source basis. Center for Countermeasures (CCM) has a need to expand the system already in place to meet its data collection requirements. This contract is for Data Coll ection Equipment that is compatible with existing equipment. National Instruments is the only vendor with the data collection equipment that is compatible with the equipment already being used by the CCM. This is not a request for proposal and no solicit ation is forthcoming. See note 22
