Description

This amendment to the SCC is to extend the closing date and provide answers to the technical questions. Please respond to this CSS by NLT COB September 22, 2006 1. Would you either forward me or point me to where I can retrieve all the supporting documentation for the abovementioned solicitation? Please provide a quote that addresses the requirements identified in the CSS. 2. Can you point me to where I could find a picture/ schematic of the unit you envision using? Please provide a quote that addresses the requirements identified in the CSS. 3. Does the unit necessarily have to be trailer based? The mobile offices need to set directly on the ground. 4. Is it going to be moved once it is set in its initial location? The mobile offices will be moved as needed 5. Are the type of mobile office that are specified similar to the heavy steel shipping containers with interior finishes and Man Doors? They are Conex box type containers that have been converted into office units. 6. If they are similar to the shipping containers, would you accept a trailer that would require steps to get into the door? The mobile offices need to set directly on the ground. 7. Is there a specified R-value required for insulation in the walls a ceiling? The insulation must comply with the industry standard. 8. What is the specific HVAC capacity required for the two units? The air conditioning units must be sufficient enough to cool the office to 78?F in 100? plus outside temperatures and must be attached to the office. 9. Would and 18 gauge W formlock decking be acceptable as siding? The minimum acceptable thickness must be 16 gage. 10. How many fluorescent lights are required per unit? A minimum of two fixtures per office. 11. What is the period of performance? Within sixty days ARO.
