Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order. Under the authority pf the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 6, Subpart 6.302-1, the RDECOM Acquisition Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Division intends to contract with Efficient Computing, 1032 Irving Street, #509, San Francisco, CA 94122 on a sole source basis for Software Programming Support for Oracle/Famis/Toolcrib applications and hardware/software support for upgrades/patches of Oracle/Famis software. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to The Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Governments needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to RDECOM Acquisition Center, 10-020 Kabrich Circle, Bldg 17-120, AMSRD-ACC-P, Attn: Richard Maxwell, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. This synopsis is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No soli citation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageou s to the Government. See Note 22.
