Description

Subject to final approval, The Department of the Treasury?s Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Department of the Navy, Naval Sea System Command intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Analox Sensor Technolocgey LTD, Wainstones Court Stokesley Industrial Park Stokesley, Great Britain (GBR) for the acquisition of calibrations and repairs of the SUB MkIIP sensors in accordance with the NATO STANAG 1301 and 1320. Analox Sensor Technology, was awarded the initial contract for the units and the Navy has a waiver for all Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment, (TMDE) procedures to be performed by the same company. The Government intends to award a contract for a period of one year. No solicitation document is available. The Bureau of the Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 3 days after publication of this notice. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the requirement or functional equivalent, at terms more advantageous to the Government. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to negotiate a sole-source award to Analox Senor Technology LTD. Interested parties are requested to submit responses electronically to Jane Oney at ntprocurement@bpd.treas.gov. E-mail responses requiring more than 5 megabytes of memory must be sent as separate files.
