SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT Procurement for a ThermoVision SC6000HS System (Quantity 1 Each); to FLIR SYSTEMS INC, 25 ESQUIRE RD, NORTH BILLERICA, MA 01862-2501; Requirements: 1. Part # 420-0044-01-00, ThermoVision SC6000HS Insb 640x512 f/4.1 Camera, Quantity 1 each; 2. Part # 322-0005-02, 25mm InSb Lens, f/2.3, Si:Ge, Bayonet Mount Optical Interface, Quantity 1 each; 3. Part # 419-0021-80, Rtools Upgrade Full Version, Quantity 1 each; The camera system requested must meet the following requirements: -640 pixel x 512 pixel InSb detector (3-5um) -f/4.1; -50 megapixel clock rate (640x512 @ 126 frames/sec, 320x240 @ 420 frames/sec); -Supports integration time from 9uS to full frame time; -Adjustable frame rate depending on window size (up to 18Khz for small windows); -Asynchronous Integrate While Read or Asynchronous Integrate Then Read read-out modes; -25um pixel pitch; -14 bit dynamic range; -NEdT of 25mK or less; -Greater than 99.5% operability; -Frame buffer allowing 30hz analog output independent of digital output; -Ability to apply NUC corrections independently on analog and digital output; -IRIG-B for time tagging of images, synchronizing to external events ? via B-N-C; -Sync-In for triggering the camera to external devices ? via B-N-C; -Sync-Out for triggering external devices to the camera ? via B-N-C; -Genlock for triggering the analog video ? via B-N-C; -Integration Active ? via B-N-C; -Analog Video ?
