Question (1): Item 2 references a DVR at the nurses station. Item 4 refers to a standard time lapse recorder. Is this the same item or two different recorders, both at the nurses s tation? Answer to (1): These are two different options. Question (2): In Item 5 do you want the televisions to be wall or ceiling mounted? Answer to (2): Ceiling mount. Please note: CCTV proposal update, add surgical light camera. The output for the camera is fixed focus composite color video.
