- The Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), White River Jct., VT., intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a single wall control double wall exam cam lock modular audiology booth with J. W. Manny, Inc., of New York, NY. The O.D dimensions will be approximately 14'6"x8'0"x8'5" and will include a control room and exam room. The room will include, but not be limited to, an efficient and silent ventilation system, double-glazed safety glass window, flush sill room with magnetic gasket seal, non-visible, internal electrical wiriing, incandescent light fixtures-jack panel-non flammable carpet, and "air cushion" vibration isolators. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and tlelephone inquiries will not be honored; however, interested parties may submit literature detailing how their services meet the VA requirements to the Contracting Officer. Responses received on or before September 25, 2006 will be considered. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice will be solely at the discretion of the Government.
