Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard has a requirement to purchase an adjustable free-standing horizontal rail fall arrest system (quantity 1). All bids submitted must include the cost of any shi pping and delivery to Fresno, CA zip code 93727. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized.
