Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation a nd a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award this requirement on a Sole Source basis to Agilent Technologies Inc., 9780 S. Meridian Blvd, Englewood CO, pursuant t FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source. (ii) The solicitation number is W911QX-06-T-0222. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. (iv) The associated NAICS code is 334515. (v) The following is a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable): CLIN 0001, 1 EA, Agilent Part Number E5515C, 8960 series 10 wireless communications test set; CLIN 0002, 1 EA, Agilent Part Number R-51B-001-C, 1 year Return-to-Agilent warranty; CLIN 0003, 1 EA, Agilent Part Number E5515C-002, 2nd RF source; CLIN 0004, 1 EA, Agilent Part Number E5515C-003, Flexible CDMA base station emulator; CLIN 0005, 1 EA, Agilent Part Number E6701D, GSM/GPRS lab application; CLIN 0006, 1 EA, Agilent Part Number E6702B, CDMA2000 lab application; CLIN 0007, 1 EA Agilent Part Number E5515C-0B0, Delete manual set. (vi) Description of requirements: N/A. (vii) Delivery is required 8 weeks after date of award. Delivery shall be made to US Army Research Laboratory, shipping and Receiving, Building 1646, White Sands Missile Range, NM. Acceptance shall be performed at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The FOB point is FOB Destination (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition to the extent consistent with a sole source acquisition. The following addenda have been attached to this provision: NONE.
