- Design-Build BRAC Little Rock Air Force Base Construction Program INDUSTRY DAY FORUM. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has conducted sources sought market research for the following BRAC Projects (W9127S-06-R-6009 - Flight Simulator, W9127S-06 -R-6010 C-130 Corrosion Control Hanger, W9127S-06-R-6011 Administrative Building-Squad Operations, W9127S-06-R-6012 Wing Headquarters Building). The USACE, Little Rock District will host an industry forum to determine if sources capable of satisfyin g agency requirements exist. These procurements are open to participation under NAICS codes 236220, 541310, and 541330. This announcement is being broadcasted to several of the above NAICS codes to ensure that it has the widest dissemination as possible. It is intended to reach as m any interested parties as possible. The Industry Day Forum will be held: Thursday, October 5, 2006 at the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service, 2301 South University Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas. Co-sponsoring the event is the Arkansas Procurement Assistance Center, an econ omic development program of the extension service, a part of the U of A Division of Agriculture. The Forums will Start Promptly at 9:00 AM and end at 12:00 NOON LOCAL TIME. Assembly will take place starting at 8:30 PM. You are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to regi ster yourself and any other participants from your firm (THERE IS NO FEE). This may be done by emailing Dudley Smith at Dudley.A.Smith@us.army.mil. The email must contain the following information: Firm Name, Firm Address, POC Information, Are you a Joi nt Venture/Large/Small/Hub Zone/8(a)/etc. Will your firm be attending the Industry Forum? Number of attendees, the Names of those individuals attending, email addresses, and Phone numbers. USACE encourages small business joint ventures or team arrangements. SBA has provided flexibility for two or more small businesses to form a contract team for the purpose of competing for a contract while still maintaining small business status even thoug h the team as a whole would exceed the designated small business size standard for the procurement.
