Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on a sole source, from CACI International of San Diego, CA. for the following products: 1 ea. SIMSCRIPT II.5 (Software ID# 28232), 1 ea. SIMSCRIPT II.5 (Software ID# 28233), 2 ea. SIMSCRIPT II.5 (Software ID# 11438), 2 ea. SIMSCRIPT II.5 (Software ID# 11439), 1 ea. SIMSCRIPT II.5 (Software ID# 3959), 1 ea. SIMSCRIPT II.5 (Software ID# 28119), 1 ea. SIMSCRIPT 64-bit (Software ID# 28262), 1 ea. SIMSCRIPT 64-bit (Software ID# 28263), 1 ea. SIMSCRIPT 64-bit (Software ID# 28264), 1 ea. SIMSCRITP 64-bit (Software ID# 28265). The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order with CACI International for this requirement as they are the sole source manufacturer and distributor of CACI simulation and planning products. No other entity is licensed to provide CACI products, product enhancement or other maintenance support. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with CACI. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information, which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk, Philadelphia Division. Any responses to this synopsis should be sent to the attention of LT Christopher Cousino (Code 270.2N) and reference this notice. The NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $23 million. This requirement is not a set-aside for small business.
