- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,978 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 1,720 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Farmington, New Mexico. Five (5) secure parking spaces must be provided as part of the lease. The delineated area is the city limits of Farmington. Lease term is 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire safety and must be ADA compliant. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. This is neither a solicitation for offers nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this ad.
