Amendment 0001, Is issued to answer some questions on this particular requirement. Refer to the spreadsheet Q: On lines 27 and 28 for the adult and child bvm, do you want the optional manometer? A: No. Q: For a number of items, you specify 'box' quantities, when in fact the item is sold per each or per case (ie, lines 5 through 11 of the spread sheet). A: Line 5 - 4 case of 50, line 6 - 2 case of 20, line 7 - 7 case o f 30, line 8 - 1 case of 25, line 9 - 1 case of 25, line 10 - 1 case of 50, line 11 - 1 case of 50. Q:I see you are requesting 4 boxes of Purple Nitrile gloves on lines 50 and 51. Do you want 4 case (10 boxes per case) of these gloves, or 4 boxes of each (boxes are the smallest unit of measure for the gloves)? A: Requesting 4 cases of 10 and in those cases of 10 there are 100 boxes. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-SEP-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
