- This project shall be a Request for Quotes to provide routine/non-emergency aircraft maintenance over $2500.00 for USDA Forest Service Region 2 King Air A100 aircraft. The facility shall be no more than approximately 40 nautical miles from the A100?s home base of Jefferson County Airport, Broomfield, Colorado, and shall have a runway suitable for landing the A100. Work shall be performed by an authorized Raytheon Aircraft Service Center for the King Air A100; proof of certification shall be required. NAICS code is 488190, size standard is $6.5 million. It is anticipated there will be one requirements contract awarded, for a base and 4 possible option years. This project shall be full and open competition ? all responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents shall be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov for download from this web site exclusively. Any prospective contractor shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Registration in CCR immediately is recommended in order to be eligible for timely award. Registration requires a DUNS number and may take up to three weeks to process. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued approximately October 16, 2006.
