The services shall consist of conducting the quality assurance testing as described in the schedule in accordance with the referenced standards. Testing shall be conducted either on site as applicable, or shall consist of sampling from on site, transporting to the testing laboratory and conducting the required laboratory tests. All work performed must be in compliance with the referenced ASTM and be consistent with customary commercial practices. 6. It is anticipated that work under this requirement will take place from November, 2006 through August, 2007. Performance will be at the vendors facility or at the construction site in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. 7. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 8. Award will be made to the responsive responsible vendor who provides the most lowest price. 9. Responding offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer. 10. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 11.
