Description

The Salisbury VA Medical Center has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, travel, materials, tools, equipment and software necessary to perform semi-annual preventative maintenance and unlimited emergency service calls on the following equipment: VERTEX PLUS - ID E7805VM - ATLAS ACQUISITION - IVY GATE - 8.0KVA UPS - CODONICS PRINTER - PEGASYS ULTRA - ID E7805VM1 with Upgrade to Ultra Solaris 8 - VA PM# 6525-5084 This solicitation is 100% set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. Contract base period will be date of award through September 30, 2007 with four (4) one-year option periods. NAICS code 811211applies with a business standard size of $6.5 million. Solicitation documents will be available on or about September 22, 2006 and may be downloaded from the following website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. All requests for hard copies shall be submitted in writing via email or facsimile to the Contracting Officer. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Offers are due on or before 3:00pm EST October 6, 2006.
