- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 16th Contracting Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Florida intends to solicit, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the purchase of 116 (each) Titanium NVG Helmet Mount Assembly for MICH helmet, Norotos, Inc part number 1795010 or equal to include shipping charges to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544.
