Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Test Reliability and Evaluation Team has a requirement to acquire as follows: CLIN 0001: 15 each 12 inches x 12 inches x 2 inches Analytical Laboratory System gas carbon filt ers to be used in vehicles which contain biologial and chemical air filtration systems. The filters are designed to protect the personnel from unknown highly hazardous biological and chemical substances. The procured filters must meet lot (lots of 8) accep tance test requirements. Test requirements and specifications and drawings of housing are available upon request of the contract specialist named in this posting. Clauses and provisions applicable to this procurement are: FAR 52.209-4, First Article Appro val, Government Testing 52.225-7030, 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5. The clause at 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, shall be completed and returned to the contract specialist, together with the of fer. Please state if the required representations and certifications are available on ORCA at the ASFI website. Registration in CCR is required prior to any award. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Edgewood Area, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. P lease state estimated delivery lead time in your offer.
