- The Government intends to award sole source utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to: Clever System, Inc., 1334 Stokley Way, Vienna, VA 22182. The proposed contract action is for SeizureScan R Software, camcorder, video, and workstation. Th e NAICS is 339111 with a size standard of 500. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or sub mit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 10:00 AM EST, September 25, 2006. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed cont ract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government.
