- The Government intends to award sole source utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to: Data Sciences International, 5525 Cloverleaf Pkwy, Valley View, OH 44125. The proposed contract action is for surgically implanted EEG/ECG transmitters for nonhuman primates that allow us to utilize our current surgical procedures, protocols, apparatus, and software. The NAICS is 339111 with a size standard of 500. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals rece ived by 10:00 AM EST, September 25, 2006. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government.
