- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price delivery order to the Raytheon Company under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0008. The delivery order is for Raytheon to perform Shipboard Inertial Navigation System (SINS) alignment verification testing on the F/A-18 aircraft Accurate Navigation (ANAV) program equipment. Testing will be conducted on board the Raytheon SINS alignment test fixture bus. Additionally, this test fixture bus will be placed on a carrier to perform SINS alignment verification testing. Raytheon Company as the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the SINS Alignment Test fixture bus is the only known source available to provide the required effort in the required time frame.
