- * THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE IS AN UPDATE OF PREVIOUSLY RUN AD OCA0909 ON FEBRUARY 17, 2006 AND 0CA0909-A RUN ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2006. * THIS NOTICE INCREASES THE SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. The General Services Administration is seeking to lease approximately 13,166 rentable square feet and related space, which shall yield a minimum of 11,449 ANSI/BOMA office square feet. Contiguous first floor space is preferred for 4000 ANSI/BOMA square feet. The remaining office space may be on the second floor. The building offered must be of sound and substantial construction and recognized as an existing Class "A" building. Space must be in a quality building located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings with a modern design. The Government requires a fully serviced lease, air-conditioned office and be fully handicapped accessible for a ten (10) year term, five (5) years firm, together with two (2) 2 24/ 7 on site, parking spaces. The space must be altered to meet the Government's requirements. Occupancy is desired by June 1, 2007. The building must be located within the Central Business Area of Bakersfield and with in the following area: North: Golden State Avenue East: Union Avenue South: California Avenue West: F Street Space that contains friable asbestos or P.C.B. material will not be considered. Additionally the building must conform to Life Safety Performance Level of ICSSC RP 6. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1. Building name and address. 2. Rentable and usable square feet offered, including floorplate size and floorplan. 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square footage. 4. Common Area Factor (load factor) for available space by floor. 5. Flood map Documentation 6.
