- Description
- The project consists of the construction of asphalt and concrete pavements, curbs, and sidewalks, including demolition and removal of same, and the construction of storm water drainage structures including trench drains, drainage inlets, manholes, storm sewer pipe, and other miscellaneous appurtenances on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310. The approximate issue of date will be 17 July 2006 with an approximate response date of 16 Aug 2006. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis. All firms must be registered with the Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov in order to receive award. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery type requirement contract. The performance period is one (1) initial year and four (4) option years. Estimated contract performance period is 365 calendar days for the base year with four 12 months periods, which may be exercised at the Government’s option. The base year project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Each option year magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The entire solicitation, including the specifications, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). Telephone and fax requests will not be honored.
