- The ROC 3 contract is to provide Professional, Administrative and Management Support Services for EPA oversight and enforcement of both Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) activities at active, closing, or former Federal facilities. Covered facilities include Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) installations, Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS), and Formerly Used Site Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) sites. To a much lesser extent, this contract may be used to provide technical support to EPA at non-Federal potentially responsible party (PRP)-lead (i.e., privately-owned) sites. ROC 3 services are to be provided within Region 5 (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin) and Region 6 (Arkansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana). OTHER INFORMATION Region 5 Solicitation Number: PR-R5-05-10145 (Small Business Set-Aside) Anticipated Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Fixed Rate, Award Term (5 year base contract period plus 2 18-month award terms). Estimated Maximum Contract Value: $7,000,000. NAICS Code: 562910, Environmental Remediation Services (small business size standard-500 employees). This is not a request for submission of proposals. The Request For Proposals (RFP) is anticipated to be issued in November of 2005 with contract award anticipated in July of 2006.
