- DESCRIPTION The purpose of this modification is to announce the release of Request for Proposal (RFP) PR-R5-05-10145, Region 5 Regional Oversight Contract (ROC). The release date is 4/3/2006. This RFP is set aside for small businesses only, and can be found on the EPA website at http://www.epa.gov/oamsrpod/pmrcsc/roversight/R5.htm. Proposals are due May 3, 2006 by 3:00 PM (CST).
