- DESCRIPTION The purpose of this modification is to announce the release of Amendment No. 1. The release date is 4/17/2006. The amendment can be found on the EPA website at http://www.epa.gov/oamsrpod/pmrcsc/roversight/R5.htm. The following changes have been made: 1. The proposal due date is now May 4th, and the time is clarifed (Central Daylight Savings Time). 2. All solicitation questions must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Savings Time on 4/21/06. 3. Several subsections of Section L23, Oral Presentations, have been revised. 4. Responses to solicitation questions submitted by TechLaw, Inc. are hereby incorporated into the solictation. Please email Donna Flenard, Contract Specialist for this procurement, to obtain assistance with problems accessing the webpage. You may also email her with any other questions concerning the RFP, at flenard.donna@epa.gov.
