Description

The Statement of Work issued by Amendment No. 4 dated 08/04/06 is revised to add that the Equipment rack can also be placed in the closet. This revision is consistent with Question and Answer No. 3 included in Amendment No. 3 dated 08/04/06. The SOW shall read as follows under Contractor Responsibilities, item 5: Equipment rack (if required), to house VCR/DVD player, switcher, and any other associated equipment. The equipment rack shall be placed at one of the corners in the front of the room, or in the closet. There are no other changes to the SOW. The closing date for receipt of proposals remains as 4:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, August 16, 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-AUG-2006). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 22-SEP-2006, BUT REAPPEARED IN THE FTP FEED FOR THIS POSTING DATE. PLEASE CONTACT fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
