Description

F2VT246254A200 It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Contractor will provide the following classes: Line Item 0001: 5 EA Tactical Terminals w/TRI-TAC Interface (NSN: # 5810-01-495-6438). Line Item 0002: 5 EA Voice over IP Kits (P/N: K10051220-501 ) JCSE requires the purchase of Secure Tactical Terminals for L-3 Communication. L-3 Communications is the only authorized manufacturer ans vendor of Secure Tactical Terminals per the National Security Agency (NSA). JSCE requires L-3 Communications support to keep our current Secure Tactical Terminals operational and current to provide secure voice and data communications. This agency intends to award to L-3 COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION, 1 Federal ST, Camdem, NJ.
